Content removal & corrections
Request a review
Use our removal request form and include the affected number or report reference, a clear explanation and an email address for a response. You can request correction, redaction, removal or restriction. Do not send passwords, bank statements or identity documents through the public form.
What we consider
We consider inaccurate claims, privacy intrusion, impersonation, threats, abuse, unlawful content, number reassignment and whether a report confuses the displayed number with a verified caller. We may ask for proportionate evidence or clarification privately. Negative opinions are not automatically removed simply because someone disputes them.
Review and outcome
A moderator records the request, assesses the material and documents the decision. The response may explain a correction, removal, temporary restriction or why content remains. Staff can suppress a number page where warranted. Public reputation is recalculated when reports change.
Urgency and escalation
Clearly identify immediate safety concerns in your request. This service is not monitored as an emergency channel. If there is an immediate threat or danger, contact emergency services. If you disagree with our outcome, reply with the reference and ask for a second review by an administrator who was not the original decision-maker.
